This bloke is a top manager. Passion, energy and a great tactician. Got tonight spot on. What a legend as well bringing on Oxford when Song would have been the easy option.
Couldn't think of anyone else better to take us into the new stadium.
Let's hope the others don't come sniffing.....

What I like about the bloke is despite his formation and system change, marshalling of resources and game plan, his interviews will be all about the players and team doing well.
The previous incumbent would have delighted in telling us how he'd "Out Tacticked" Spurs tonight.

Bringing on those two was a master stroke
Spurs were pushing on a further 10/15 yards and with us deeper there was no out ball
Big Andy provided a focal point and Sakho the threat of pace in behind, they retreated back and the game was over

The only west ham manager i can ever rememeber that dosent shut up shop and invite the other team to attack.
Previous West Ham wouldve had their pocket picked by spurs

We genuinely owe Real Madrid a massive favour. I'm gonna be in Madrid in June, I may hunt down their President and thank him personally and give him a kiss.
Bilic will only get better as he finds his way around the PL, and when he gets more of his own players in, etc.

I still laugh at the amount of people who wanted Benitez or moyes over him.
If you cloned alladyce into a Spanish and jock version of his playing style, those two would appear every time.
